CasaSafer Rules

Dear guest, it will be our pleasure to welcome you to CasaSafer in person and greet you, at the following times check-in is from 3PM to 7PM check-out by 10AM If you are scheduled to arrive after 7PM (Monday through Saturday) or on Sundays or holidays (all day) you can still access CasaSafer through SELF check-in To activate it we require, at least 48 hours in advance of the arrival date, the following: photo IDs of all guests an email address to send the application to read the QRcode a phone number with working to forward all information If, for any reason, what you requested cannot be provided to us, please, arrange to meet the check-in times in attendance (by 7PM Monday/Saturday – no Sundays and holidays). Art.109 T.U.L.P.S. (Testo Unico della Legge Italiana di Pubblica Sicurezza) requires us to give accommodation only to people with identity cards or passports. We must therefore identify, also for your safety, all members of any groups or families before entering CasaSafer, both for those using in-person check-in and those using SELF check-in. Finally, we suggest that those arriving close to the check-in closing time should still request SELF check-in 48 hours in advance, so as to possibly make themselves independent in case of unexpected or unforeseen delays. Our luggage room is available to our guests either for those who need to leave their bags before check-in time or after check-out.
